swimming

This week at swimming i did this things

    • Water safety
    • If stuck in a rip, float on back and go with rip
    • Hypothermia
  • Kick practice
    • Long legs, pointed toes, little kicks
  • Feet first sculling (down a river)
  • Treading water
    • With noodle 3 mins
    • Without noodle 1 min
  • Diving race
